Belmont County Auditor Office

The Recorder's Office maintains an interactive map where you can type in an address or zoom to a parcel. The map shows the owner name, parcel PIN, acreage, and links to auditor records, tax maps, and transfer cards. Copy fees run $2 per page for both regular and certified copies. Before any deed can be recorded, the buyer must present it to the County Auditor with a Conveyance Fee Statement under ORC Section 319.202.
