Delaware County Recorder and Deeds

The Delaware County Recorder's Office offers an E-Search portal for retrieving recorded documents. You need to create an account to use the E-Search tool. The office is at 145 N. Union Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015. Call (740) 833-2460 or fax (740) 833-2459.

Delaware County Court Property Records
